We use cotton yarn that may at times vary in colour, knots, splits, and texture. These variations are not defects. They add to the characteristic of the handcrafted toys making each toy unique. We are committed to creating products that are safe and sustainable and request you to kindly make an informed decision and read the product details before placing an order. But, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and have a valid reason for return, we are here to help you.
Returns
- Our return policy lasts up to 24 hours from the time of order delivery. Return requests placed after 24 hours of order delivery are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- A valid reason for return is necessary. That is only in case there is a defect or the product is damaged in transit due to faulty package. An unboxing video is mandatory.
- In case the package has been tampered with/damaged at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
- In case of claims on missing items/incorrect product or damage, an unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers, if the reason is not genuine.
- Your item must be in the original packing and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We accept return on all our products except baby teethers.
- To be eligible for free replacement, exact item should be available in the stock. If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued.
- The returned item should reach us within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or free replacement, as the case may be, after inspecting the item.
- A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate procedure for free replacement of item or refund to you, as the case may be.
- If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
- The refund amount is automatically credited to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If your item is eligible for the free replacement then the replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned.
- The time taken for your replacement product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- In case of replacement due to a valid reason, the shipping charges will be covered by us.
- If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If a prepaid order has been returned back, the actual shipping amount will be deducted.
Cancellation Policy
- A gateway charge of 2.5% shall be levied against all prepaid orders for cancellation.
- An order can be cancelled only before it is shipped.
- A refund for prepaid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
